L'Élégant is a carefully renovated and decorated flat in La Ferté-Gaucher. Spacious and bright, it has been redesigned by an architect to offer comfort, functionality and modernity. Ideal for holidays with family, friends or business, it can accommodate up to five travellers.

The accommodation comprises two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160×200), as well as a convivial lounge with a sofa bed and a relaxation area with TV. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and vanity unit, and the WC is separate for added convenience.
A large private car park is available, and access to the home is completely autonomous thanks to a connected lock.
